Cold-Pad-Batch Machine

An energy-saving machine specially designed for pre-treatment (desizing, scouring and bleaching) of pure cotton and cotton blend fabrics. It adopts long-time batching reaction process at room temperature. After padding with caustic soda, hydrogen peroxide and auxiliary working solution, the fabric is batched into rolls for slow decomposition of impurities and bleaching under low-temperature conditions.

Scope of Application： This model is applicable to cotton and its blended fabrics, linen and their blended fabrics, as well as cotton‑polyester interwoven products.
